Sources of Inspiration

  1. Since you mention Rumi, I would like to recommend
‘ the forty rules of love’ by Elif Shafak. The spotlight is more on Shams Tabrez than Rumi and the forty rules mentioned form the basis of Shams Tabrez’s teaching. Awesome!

I am a Pakistani muslim, majored in English and an avid reader.

Another book worth your while would be ” The conference of the Birds” by Fariduudin Attar Books available on Amazon Books.
